With experience in behavioral health, nutrition, and wellness programming, she partners with psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, PHPs, IOPs, and recovery programs to improve client engagement, staff wellness, and treatment outcomes.

Chief Holistic Officer
Tamara McGovern, RN, serves as Chief Holistic Officer at Inward Bloom Wellness. With extensive experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and holistic wellness, she helps develop innovative programming that supports client engagement, emotional regulation, and recovery outcomes across treatment settings. She is a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Thai Massage Practitioner, Holistic Nurse and a trauma informed specialist.

Holistic Therapist
Monica Chase supports Inward Bloom's behavioral health programming through innovative, trauma-informed wellness experiences that incorporate therapeutic music, mindfulness, and holistic healing practices. As an ordained minister, Yoga Teacher, Certified Therapeutic Music Practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and sexologist, she helps create engaging experiences that foster emotional regulation, connection, and recovery-oriented growth.

Somatic Therapist
Sarah Singer Quast is a somatic therapist dedicated to helping individuals understand and heal through the connection between mind and body. Drawing from trauma-informed and nervous system-focused approaches, she facilitates experiences that promote emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful healing within behavioral health and recovery settings.
Elyse Schulz
Holistic Therapist
Elyse Schulz brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to wellness programming, drawing from her background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and her experience supporting individuals in mental health and substance use recovery settings. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and develop practical tools for healing and well-being. Elyse is currently advancing her training in Thai Massage to further support whole-person wellness and recovery.
